What is Freshinno?

Freshinno is a revolutionary approach to packed tomatoes, bringing the real taste of farm-fresh tomatoes directly to your table. Unlike conventional practices worldwide, where tomatoes are harvested roughly 15 days before full ripening to withstand long transport and storage, Freshinno collects 100% farm-ripe tomatoes at their peak of flavour.
Once harvested, the tomatoes are carefully cut into 3–4 mm cubes and packed into bottles and pouches without refrigeration, yet retain a shelf life of 12 months. All processes comply with FSSAI standards, including the addition of approved preservatives to ensure safety while preserving natural taste.

How Freshinno Is Different?

 Most packed tomato products worldwide — whether puree, sauce, peeled, or chopped tomatoes — rely on tomato paste as the base. To make tomato paste, tomatoes are boiled and drained, removing most of the pulp to increase concentration. While this extends shelf life, it also strips away the natural pulp — the key source of authentic tomato flavor — often resulting in a bitter or artificial taste.
